Qualifications:

• Has experience site engineering roles preferably fit out works, minimum of 2 years.


• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel (knowledge in STAAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus)


• Solid understanding of construction methods, project implementation, and engineering plans.


• Experience in site supervision, quality control, safety protocols, and progress monitoring.


• Skilled in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and preparation of progress billing and project reports.


• Knowledgeable in local construction codes, and permitting process.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with field staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.


• Willing to be assigned at project sites and able to work under pressure or tight deadlines.


• Good working attitude, team player, and not difficult to work with (has a positive mindset).
