JOB PURPOSE

· To manage and track inventory at warehouse.

· To ensures that stock is properly maintained, accurate inventory records are kept, and orders are fulfilled efficiently while complying with safety and temperature-related guidelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitors the product inventory inside the warehouse facility.

· Generates daily inventory report and warehouse utilization.

· Monitors incoming and outgoing products.

· Manages the receiving, storing, and transferring of goods.

· Monitors the condition of items in stock.

· Ensures the implementation of FIFO or FEFO of client's stocks.

· Documents the product details.

· Track and report on inventory movement and any discrepancies.

· Maintain accurate inventory records of all products stored in the warehouse.

· Coordinates with customers and ensure inventory records are updated.

QUALIFICATIONS

· College degree graduate of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar course

· Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain management, preferably in a cold storage environment.

· Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

· Knowledgeable with MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

· With good written and oral communication skills
