Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to book paid consultations with our attorneys
  • Return missed calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist existing clients by routing them to the appropriate departments
  • Call clients with scheduled consultations to confirm attendance and provide necessary details
  • Send Google Review links to qualified consultations
  • Perform other client support and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in phone sales, telesales, or a similar role is preferred
  • Confident, professional, and persuasive when speaking with clients
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a genuine willingness to help
  • Willing to work in-office at Molino, Bacoor, Cavite
