About the role

We're looking for an experienced Lifeguard to join the team at Awesome Hotel Inc.' in our beautiful resort in San Juan La Union. As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they enjoy our pools and beach. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

What you'll be doing

1. Constantly monitor the pool and beach areas to identify and mitigate any potential safety risks
2. Provide immediate and effective response to any incidents or emergencies that may occur
3. Administer first aid and CPR as needed
4. Enforce pool and beach rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
5. Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning tasks as required
6. Educate guests on safe swimming practices and pool/beach policies
7. Maintain detailed records of all incidents and interventions

What we're looking for

1. Certified Lifeguard qualification with current First Aid and CPR certification
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard in a similar resort or hotel setting
3. Strong swimming skills and the physical ability to perform water rescues
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
6. Commitment to upholding high safety standards
