We are seeking an experienced Cement Admixture Operations Manager to establish and lead a new chemical manufacturing facility. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire operation, from facility setup and raw material sourcing to production, quality control, and distribution. The manager will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and timely supply of high-quality products to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Establishment: Lead the full lifecycle of a new manufacturing plant, from initial planning and equipment procurement to installation and commissioning.
  • Operational Leadership: Take complete ownership of daily operations, ensuring all production targets are met while maintaining a focus on safety and cost efficiency.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Develop and manage a robust supply chain for all raw materials, implementing effective inventory and quality control systems to prevent disruptions.
  • Formulation & Quality Control: Oversee product development and manage diverse formulations to meet specific client needs. Ensure all products adhere to stringent quality standards.
  • Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly comply with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.

This is a key leadership position that requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in chemical engineering and manufacturing operations.
