• Research and Development:

Conduct laboratory experiments to develop new alloys and metallurgical processes, focusing on materials with desirable mechanical, electrical, or heat-transfer properties.
- Process Design and Optimization:

Design and implement processes for metal extraction, refining, casting, welding, and thermal treatment, while also working to improve existing production methods for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
- Quality Control and Testing:

Inspect and test metal products to ensure they meet industry standards and regulations.
- Material Analysis:

Analyze the properties and characteristics of metals and other non-metallic materials to understand their behavior and identify potential failure conditions.
- Troubleshooting:

Investigate and resolve problems that arise during the manufacturing process, providing technical guidance for materials and welding procedures.
- Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders through technical reports and presentations.
- Equipment Operation:

Operate specialized equipment, such as electron microscopes and spectrographs, to analyze materials and perform research.
