Lead the technical architecture of enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for a globally recognized provider of advanced Dynamics 365 solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end‑to‑end technical architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O, covering extensions, integrations, security, performance, and operational considerations.
  • Lead technical solution design for integrations involving F&O, Dataverse, and external systems using Azure Integration Services (APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
  • Define and enforce development standards, coding practices, and extensibility patterns (X++, extensions, performance optimisation).
  • Run technical governance activities such as design reviews, code reviews, performance assessments, and production readiness checks.
  • Support performance, load, and integration testing, including tuning, throttling strategies, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with functional leads, product owners, and vendors to align technical solutions with business priorities.
  • Produce high‑quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment artefacts.

Key Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of technical delivery experience in Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Strong expertise in X++, F&O extensibility frameworks, performance practices, and solution design.
  • Proven hands-on experience integrating F&O with Dataverse/D365 CE and external systems through APIs, DMF, data entities, and Azure integration tools.
  • Experience in large ERP transformation programs (e.g., SAP to Dynamics).
  • Exposure to Azure services, data platforms, or reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding technical teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours in a hybrid set up.
