Primary Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service

    • Greet customers and assist them with inquiries.

    • Help customers locate products and provide product information.

    • Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager.

  2. Sales Support

    • Promote and upsell products to increase sales.

    • Process cash, credit, and mobile payments at the register.

    • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed.

  3. Stocking & Merchandising

    • Replenish shelves and displays with merchandise.

    • Organize and tidy the sales floor.

    • Assist with inventory checks and stocktaking.

  4. Store Maintenance

    • Keep the store clean and orderly.

    • Ensure promotional materials and signage are up to date.

  5. Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with coworkers and supervisors to meet sales targets.

    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
