We are looking for a strategic creative who can take a marketing brief and turn it into engaging and high-performing content for social media — including short-form videos and designed social media posts.

This role requires:

  • Creative concept thinking
  • Social media strategy understanding
  • Video editing
  • Graphic design specifically for social media

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and ideas
  • Create TikTok / Reels / Facebook ad videos
  • Design static and animated social media posts (IG feed, FB, TikTok graphics)
  • Develop hooks, captions, layouts, and story structures
  • Build moodboards and creative concepts for campaigns
  • Apply branding, typography, colors & style guides consistently
  • Stay on top of trends to create viral-style content
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan content strategy & execution
  • Analyze performance and suggest creative improvements

Required Skills

  • Understanding of social media marketing and performance content
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating short-form content (TikTok / Reels / FB)
  • Graphic design skills specific to social media

(posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, ads)

  • Trend awareness and ability to create scroll-stopping content
  • Typography, layout, color usage, brand consistency

Tools:

  • Required: CapCut + Adobe Premiere / DaVinci
  • Required: Photoshop / Canva (advanced)
  • Advantage: After Effects + AI video tools (Runway / VidAI / Pika)

Soft Skills

  • Can work independently and also collaborate in a team
  • Fast implementation & strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive, positive attitude
  • Ownership mindset & ability to work under deadlines

Portfolio Requirements

Must include:

  • TikTok / Reels work examples
  • Social media designs (feed posts, ads, stories, thumbnails)
  • (Bonus) concepts / campaign ideas / scripts
