Job Title: US Accountant

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate and timely recording of transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Prepare and support bank reconciliations using bank statements and QBO, ensuring accuracy before second-level review
• Process bills and reimbursements using BILL; route and document approvals per client protocols
• Review and categorize credit card transactions, ensuring alignment with previous month labeling and client-specific formatting expectations
• Support monthly close process by ensuring accuracy and consistency across transaction descriptions
• Upload and organize financial documents in Keeper (client portal)
• Collaborate via Slack and participate in regular check-ins to communicate status updates
• Assist with light payroll processing tasks as needed via ADP (e.g., reviewing payroll reports)

ABOUT YOU:

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or staff accounting
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly close procedures
• Experience with QBO and BILL is required; familiarity with ADP and Keeper is a plus
• Ability to recognize inconsistencies in descriptions, coding, or balances and flag them for resolution
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable with a commitment to deadlines
• Experience working in a remote environment with accountability and strong communication
