Part Time or Full Time External Sourcing Associates (Permanent Work-From-Home)

Please read very carefully below (all answers to possible questions pertaining to work and earnings are already indicated below)

Job Function:

  • Permanent Work from Home (Part time or Full time)

  • Will just email CVs for various positions to the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Team

  • 1,500 per successful referral given the following week via bank transfer (please open Robinsons bank atm account)

  • Our team will inform you ASAP once your referred candidate has been hired by our client

Incentive Summary effective April 1, 2024

Per Successful Referral = 1,500 Php

Bonus Level 1 : 4-6 Hires = 3,000 Php

Bonus Level 2 : 7-9 Hires = 6,000 Php

Bonus Level 3 : 10 & Up Hires = 12,000 Php

Requirements:

  • Since the task is to just refer or email us resumes for our further evaluation, we are not strict on educational attainment

  • Must be passionate in sourcing / recruitment

  • Must be submissive and committed. Should be consistent in sending us CVs (You can source applicants from facebook)

Note: 1,500 per successful referral is the ONLY fee we can provide (Plus bonuses, see chart above). No base pay. This is purely commission-based but if you're good, we can eventually absorb you to become one of our official employees in Dempsey with basic pay, 13th month and incentives.
