Job Description:

  • Coordinate with sellers on marketing and sales activities.
  • Conduct follow-up calls on group sales.
  • Inform sellers about meetings, assemblies, and marketing activities.
  • Ensure all promotions and announcements are properly communicated to all sellers.
  • Prepare sales proposals.
  • Manage the Sales/Marketing petty cash fund.
  • Organize seller-related events such as recognition programs and achievement celebrations.
  • Arrange seller and client site trips
  • Monitor, replenish, and release marketing collaterals.
  • Assist in conducting sales training.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and recruitment.
  • Maintain and update seller information.
  • Prepare and distribute Authority to Sell documents and identification cards to sellers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of BS in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any 4-year Management-related course.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly attentive to details and well-organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php581.57 per day
