Job Title: Accounting Staff

Department: Finance

Reports to: Head of Finance

Location: Intramuros, Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions and records.
  • Prepare, verify and process billing and collection documents.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Generate AR reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain and update accurate financial records in accordance with company policies.
  • Experienced in Accounts Payable, Disbursement and Receivable.
  • Perform bookkeeping task, recording financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Review staff liquidations and ensure completeness of supporting documents.
  • Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
