What is your mission?

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions that power business growth. In this role, you'll create custom applications, develop integrations, and collaborate with teams to enhance system performance. If you're passionate about building scalable CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, and API integrations, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-growing global team.

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
  • Implement Salesforce solutions aligned with operational and business goals
  • Build and maintain API and middleware integrations with external systems
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business and technical requirements
  • Document system designs, configurations, and processes
  • Train users and support adoption of Salesforce tools and enhancements
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (customization, configuration, integration)
  • Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
  • Skilled in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development
  • Experience developing API integrations and using middleware tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data management and automation flows
  • Background in real estate, investment, or financial services (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented
