  • Supervise crew members and shift leaders, ensuring the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, with a focus on profitability.
  • Coordinate staff training with crew trainers.
  • Foster a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between the management team and crew.
  • Address HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct crew meetings to discuss operational procedures and promotions.
  • Perform weekly inventories.
  • Control payroll to meet company labor cost standards.
  • Manage inventory to meet company GAP standards.
  • Support the management team and General Manager in operational decisions.
  • Maintain reports and records in compliance with company standards and state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of the building and equipment.
  • Handle cash responsibilities for all shifts, including bank deposits, and ensure adherence to all cash procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Enforce all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
  • Consistently exhibit actions and behaviors that demonstrate Boddie-Noell Enterprises' Vision and Values.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
