Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the President will provide high-level administrative support to the President of a food distribution company in the Philippines. This position requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the capacity to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the President as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the President.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the job.
- Anticipate the needs of the President and take proactive steps to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the President.
- Support the President in managing relationships with key partners and clients.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursements on behalf of the President.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills, with proficiency in financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
