We are looking for a Business Intelligence Officer to join our growing team

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data strategy roles
  • Strong command of SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
  • Proven leadership experience in managing BI teams and projects
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, on a shifting schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage BI projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery.
  • Prioritize requests and balance short-term needs with long-term roadmap.
  • Communicate findings and progress to senior leadership with clarity and impact.

Success Metrics

  • Adoption and usage of BI tools across departments
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
  • Measurable impact of insights on business outcomes
  • Team development and retention

Required Duty Statements

  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
  • Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
