Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a 
Human Resource Business Partner.

The 
Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
provides leadership on all strategic and operational matters to assigned function, with special focus on change leadership, engagement and people development. The HRBP partners with Function heads and HR COEs to build strategies that will engage people to deliver on the organization and the function's vision. The role acts as coach and trusted business advisor with regards to labor relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent management and admin related functions of the function.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate with business leaders in determining relevant HR strategies to drive & realize organizational and business agenda
• Provide insights and recommendation on workforce planning, organizational design and succession planning
• Align with HR Centers of Excellence and other relevant functions including but not limited to Finance and Go GBS, in designing and execution of HR programs and initiatives

Talent Management

• Secure approval of manpower plan based on organizational design & business requirements reviews, and subsequent org- and people-related costs
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and bridge recruitment requirements to hiring managed, to ensure completion of manning requirements
• Drive performance management processes from goal settings, development planning and performance appraisal, and bridge organizational performance to total rewards systems & processes
• Drive competency assessments and identify skills gap, and recommend programs & interventions to enhance employee capabilities

Organizational Development

• Lead organizational changes & transformation initiatives and design change management plans from communications, engagement and transition planning, as needed
• Determine organizational gaps, co-develop business & organizational development frameworks, and design interventions to improve organizational capabilities

Employee Engagement & Employee Services Administration

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies and ethical standards
• Design relevant, PVA-centered organizational unit employee engagement programs, and partner with Corporate Engagement on org-wide employee engagement & employer branding initiatives
• Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate HR records and support systems audits, as required

What are the Qualifications?

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any other relevant field
• Must have at least 5 years' experience in Human Resources, with prior experience in a Human Resource Business Partner role
• Preferably with experience in an FMCG or F&B industry
• Must have excellent Account Management skills, supported by excellent communication and presentation skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and agile working environment
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
