We are seeking an experienced
Audit Assistant Manager
to join our dynamic team at Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc.'. As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our external audit function and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting. This is a full-time position based in

Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Assisting in the planning and execution of comprehensive audit engagements
  2. Evaluating internal controls and identifying areas for improvement
  3. Analyzing financial data and preparing detailed audit reports
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and recommendations
  5. Mentoring and developing junior members of the audit team
  6. Ensuring audit activities comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit, preferably within the Accounting industry
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Proficient in using data analysis tools and software
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  6. A team player with the ability to mentor and develop junior members of the audit team
  7. Relevant professional qualifications, such as a CPA or CIA, would be highly advantageous
