Be part of our client's team as a GRC Specialist (Governance, Risk & Compliance), serving as the driving force behind a robust compliance program. You'll oversee audit preparation, lead policy development, manage vendor risk assessments, and ensure governance standards are consistently met-strengthening trust, data integrity, and operational excellence across global platforms.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management, ideally within fast-paced technology environments.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with a strong sense of accountability.
• Excellent English communication skills; must be based in Manila and able to visit the office at least once a week.
• Reliable home internet connection (minimum 50+ Mbps) and flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments.

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead and manage responses to client and partner security questionnaires, collaborating across teams to maintain an updated and accurate response library.
• Coordinate audit preparedness efforts, gather evidence, liaise with auditors, and support seamless execution of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related audits.
• Translate regulations and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and ISO into clear, actionable internal measures.
• Develop, refine, and align security policies and controls with practical engineering and cloud infrastructure practices.
• Automate evidence collection, risk scoring, and reporting processes using tools such as Vanta or Drata.
• Conduct third-party risk assessments in collaboration with Legal, Security, and Engineering teams, managing reviews, questionnaires, and approvals.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance through internal awareness programs, training sessions, and campaigns that keep teams informed and engaged.
