Job Title:  Android Development Lead

Job Type:  Hybrid (4x a week onsite)

Location: Mandaluyong,1550,PH

Position Type: 6 Months Contract

Shift type : 9am-6pm

Summary:As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into detailed design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals, and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. You will also be responsible for managing team dynamics and fostering a collaborative environment to drive effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve team processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Android Application Development.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with Kotlin and Java programming languages.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience in testing frameworks and methodologies for mobile applications.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Android Application Development.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
