Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & Coordination:

Answer phones, manage emails, handle incoming mail, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling & Logistics:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Document & Data Management:

Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations; maintain organized filing systems and databases.
- Office Operations:

Order and track office supplies, manage inventory, and perform general office duties to support staff.
- Support:

Assist other staff members, managers, and executives with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic:
