About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and end-to-end

management of our
Wireless connectivity products, including mobile data, fixed wireless access (FWA), private wireless, delivering valuable wireless solutions to Residential, SMEs and enterprises. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of wireless networking technologies and up-to-date business models translating to successful product strategies for different market segments.

Responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization,

ensuring our offerings meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market analysis, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, including emerging technologies and market segments.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Defines product specifications and service levels to ensure it meets customer expectations.
  • Establish and document product processes covering ordering, provisioning, activation, assurance, billing and after-sales support.
  • Monitors resources related to the product to optimize cost and maximize utilization.
  • Validates demand forecast to initiate infrastructure development and business viability.
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors to assess commercial relevance and feasibility.
  • Monitors and updates pricing and cost structure based on market, cost and competition.
  • Enables Sales and Support Groups by doing product training.

Market Analysis and Customer Insights:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate future customers' needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, finance and other support teams to ensure product success.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze product data and user behavior to optimize product features and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in telecommunications and managed network services.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and enterprise networking technologies for both LAN and WAN segments.
  • Commercial acumen — comfortable balancing pricing, cost, and customer value
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience with pricing strategy for local and global markets.
