The Cadet Engineer provides active support in ensuring optimal performance of our store/cafe equipment, machinery, and facilities we use so we can bring "The Goodness of Home" to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures optimum performance of all facilities, equipment, tools, and machines through preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Assists the Engineering Supervisor to carry out repairs & maintenance activities.
  • Manages work plan assignments and coordination with technicians within the assigned area.
  • Maintains systematic filing of documents.
  • Maintains good housekeeping of the work area.
  • Coordinates and interacts with other departments and stakeholders in carrying out tasks.
  • Creates required reports and executes other tasks as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Performs other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • Preferably with 6 months of experience in property/facility management or HVAC / Kitchen Equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Google Workspace.
  • Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.
  • Willing to report on a 6-day workweek at the Head Office, located in San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
  • Fresh graduates with academic or co-curricular achievements are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
