The role of the Senior Project Manager is to work in the COO Office in the Operational Governance and Controls Team, overseeing and successfully executing complex projects within the organization employing PMBoK, Agile, and PRINCE2 methodologies. The primary responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within budget, utilizing effective governance controls. This multifaceted role impacts project success, emphasizing leadership, strategic thinking, and adaptability.

The Senior Project Manager acts as the main liaison with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. They also assist the Program Manager and collaborate with the Global Head of Operational Governance and Controls in managing all projects, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide on-site leadership by motivating team members, ensuring they meet goals, and adhere to responsibilities and milestones. Oversee programs involving complex issues and products. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Inspire and align the team for success. Full Program Lifecycle Ownership: Deliver both programs and projects, manage resources, schedules, and financials. Adhere to governance controls.

Manage issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful, on-time delivery. Oversee resources, schedules, and finances throughout the project lifecycle to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control. Maintain quality standards and governance controls from initiation to closure.

Process Improvement and Innovation: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery. Establish best practices, policies, tools, and templates to mature program and project management capabilities within the organization. Execution and Monitoring: Drive daily project and program execution, ensuring tasks progress smoothly, milestones are met, and deliverables align with objectives.

Verify high-quality deliverables within time and cost constraints. Ensure alignment with business case benefits. Reporting and Communication: Report on project success criteria, results, metrics, testing activities, and deployment.

Support client goals while maintaining industry best practices. Provide status updates on milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Scope Management: Manage project scope and changes.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program/Project ManagerBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
