Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall implementation of general fleet management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs

Schedules, facilitates and monitors the implementation of routine vehicle maintenance and repairs

  1. Fleet Coordination & Administration Support

Monitor and document fuel requisition and consumption, vehicle use and mileage

Prepares regular (monthly) fleet management reports

  1. Safety, Security and Compliance

Assist in ensuring compliance related to regulatory requirements of department of transportation, registration of vehicles, ensures drivers operate with valid licensing requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet supervision/transport operations.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
