Your Role

The
Management Reporting and Analysis Officer
provides support to the Management Reporting and Analysis Head in the monitoring/reporting of corporate performance against plans, business intelligence, identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, and implementation of strategic and critical projects.

How you will contribute

  • Ensures compliance with all Local and Regional Finance reporting requirements
  • Provides support in the regular analysis of the bank's actual performance against targets to account for variances and catch up plans
  • Daily LDR Monitoring, computation and cascading of the bank's loans to deposits ratio (LDR)
  • Prepares the deck and delivers the Corplan updates to the Deposit Working Group and ALCO
  • Preparation of FTP files, Overheads Report, Income per Group Reports and other various reports required for the month end performance management review
  • Conducts feasibility studies and other forms of studies required for various corporate projects
  • Monitors and tracks expenditures of the Bank for reporting to Mancom, ensuring overheads are within budget cap

Your Profile

  • Graduate of any business-related course, preferably with a BS degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, Mathematics, Economics or Accounting Banking
  • Has at least 5 years relevant field experience
  • Has at least 2 years banking experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is an advantage
