  • Oversee and manage daily finance operations, ensuring smooth processes, resolutions, and timely task completion
  • Lead reconciliation activities and resolve complex operational or technical issues in coordination with L2/L3 support and other teams
  • Ensure specialized investigations are conducted for all transactional incidents arising from Finance Operations
  • Ensure that detailed reports are submitted to end-users and key stakeholders regularly
  • Verify the masterlist of unresolved items to ensure no issues are overlooked
  • Provide clear documentation and resolution updates to end-users and stakeholders for assigned incidents
  • Supervise, train, and develop team members while managing employee relations and delegating responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, operations management, IT, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in in operational support, technical support, or customer service management
  • 2+ years in leadership role
