About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to join our Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming complex logistics and operational data into actionable insights. This position involves designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and transparency to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Design, build, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.
  • Document data flows, processes, and dashboard logic to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics and operational data to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to various business units.
  • Support projects involving data preparation, predictive analytics, and low-code application development as needed.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to QA and validate own work prior to deployment.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud data platform.
  • Exposure to PowerApps for low-code business applications.
  • Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
