FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Thmplementation Engineer is responsible for the execution of the implementation project scope while acting as the point of contact during the project life cycle.e I The Implementation Engineer also serves as the first level of support for clients during the project life cycle, working with them in understanding their needs and recommending options and ideas.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the Project Engineer in executing approved implementation plan and blueprint of the project.

  • Prepare and executive the following:

  • System-related configuration

  • Internal and External Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Project Live Run
  • Deploy project-related solutions and fixes during the project life cycle.

  • Conduct the following activity during the project life cycle:

  • Training of clients

  • Business Review
  • Configuration
  • Data Migration
  • Onsite and offsite assistance
  • Project updates

  • Ensure that the following documentations are in place:

  • Training Document

  • Business Process Requirement Documentation
  • Configuration Document
  • System Line-run Documentation
  • Project Closure
  • Minutes of the Meeting
  • Issue and Solution Logs
  • Provide ongoing support for customers during implementation.
  • Create, modify and release ISO-related documents

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/ KNOWLEDGE

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, preferably BSIT, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, or any IT-related courses.
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in implementation
  • Must have a background on business processes standard practices.
  • Preferably has worked in companies belonging to the following industries:

Manufacturing

Distribution

Retail

Banking and Finance

BPO

Telecommunication

Utilities

Public Service

Ecommerce

  • Certification is an advantage but not required
  • Amenable to do fieldwork in Visayas
  • Proactive learning
