We're searching for an experienced Performance Media Specialist with proven capability across Meta and Google advertising. You'll take ownership of planning, launching, and improving campaigns across multiple clients, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and continual testing.

This role suits someone who enjoys managing a portfolio of accounts, understands channel strategy, and is hands-on with optimisation and execution.

What the role involves

- Building and maintaining paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads

- Implementing structured A/B testing methodologies, creative variation and audience testing

- Managing campaign budgets and actively monitoring pacing

- Reviewing performance data and suggesting actionable improvements

- Ensuring correct tracking, attribution and reporting setup

- Working alongside creative and project teams to deliver performance-focused assets

- Offering proactive suggestions based on data trends, funnel performance and user behaviour

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- 6+ years managing Meta & Google campaigns end to end

- Practical understanding of optimisation methods (bidding, targeting, exclusions etc.)

- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple clients at once

- Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills

- Comfortable diagnosing issues and putting forward solutions quickly

- Ability to collaborate with creative or technical teams to improve conversion outcomes

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to explain results clearly

Tools and Platforms

You'll ideally have experience with:

- Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Shopping etc.)

- Meta Business Manager

- GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools

- Conversion tracking and attribution tagging

- Experience with eCommerce, product feeds or ROAS-focused accounts is advantageous, but not mandatory.
