AgentiX, our newest platform, serves as the front-end interface for clients to configure, manage, and scale their AI agents while integrating seamlessly with Opera and PopApps. Designed for flexibility, usability, and scalability, AgentiX helps businesses embed AI-driven automation directly into their workflows.

The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager (AgentiX) to define, execute, and scale the product vision for one of PopAI's flagship platforms. Acting as the bridge between users, business goals, and technical delivery, you will translate strategic intent into actionable development roadmaps, ensuring that AgentiX evolves to meet both market demand and client needs.

This is a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking, technical fluency, and strong execution discipline — ideal for a product leader passionate about AI, automation, and building tools that redefine how businesses operate.

What You'll Do
Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AgentiX.
  • Translate business goals and user feedback into clear requirements and feature definitions.
  • Align AgentiX with PopAI's broader ecosystem (Opera, PopApps, and partner tools).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams, designers, AI 0, and leadership.
  • Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and execution with an emphasis on delivery quality and timeline adherence.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth client adoption and feedback loops.

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term innovation.
  • Monitor progress of development sprints, ensuring 90%+ on-time completion and minimal rollover items.
  • Oversee API and third-party integrations to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Report key updates, risks, and dependencies to the Chief Product Officer.

Post-Launch & Continuous Improvement

  • Track product adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to drive client engagement and usage of new features.
  • Continuously assess market trends and competitor offerings to guide innovation and differentiation.

What You've Done

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven success managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a digital platform or product.
  • Familiarity with platforms like workflow automation tools, AI configuration systems, or SaaS dashboards.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, able to align engineering, design, and business functions.
  • Experience translating complex technical requirements into actionable, user-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: Background in AI, automation, or BPO-related technologies.
