Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with laws and company policies.

  • Process and validate employee movements and payroll adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly attrition reports and other HR-related reports.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and documents such as COE and contribution records.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of overall work experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant payroll experience
