Responsibilities:

  • Monitor helpdesk system for incoming tickets and address the concerns accordingly
  • Provide on-site desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Install software, upgrade IOS and application to laptops and desktops
  • Deploy desktops and laptops as requested
  • Verify technical issues with the client's technical contacts and escalate the issue as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or any degree relevant to the position
  • Has worked in a similar industry and in similar capacity such as providing technical helpdesk support and onsite desk support to a large corporate deployment
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows operating systems (servers and desktop)
  • Knowledge of legacy and VOIP telephony is preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
