M2D2 and Skills Services, in collaboration with other funders, proudly offers the ACED-BBF program scholarship to uplift underprivileged communities. This training program provides an accelerated pathway to full-time employment, aligning with our mission of creating better opportunities for those in need. The BBF Program is an intensive online and in-person training initiative with live coaching to help jobseekers prepare for BPO recruitment interviews and offers immediate job placement support to boost their chances of employment in the BPO industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time Community Volunteer role based in Metro Manila. As a Community Volunteer, you will support the ACED-BBF program by assisting with the organization and facilitation of training sessions, providing individual support to job seekers, and coordinating with other volunteers and program staff. You will help to ensure a smooth and effective training process, and support participants in preparing for BPO recruitment interviews. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to program management and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in event coordination and facilitation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in community service or volunteer work is a plus
  • Understanding of the BPO industry is an advantage
