NSTP Faculty

NSTP Faculty (Full Time & Part Time positions available)

• Must be a graduate of Social Science or Education Degree
• With work experience in community development, project management, volunteer coordination or work experience with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in community development, project management, or volunteer coordination
• Must be familiar with the National Service Training Program (NSTP) and its objectives, and in-depth understanding of community service principles and practices
• Must be capable to lead and motivate team of students by providing guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Must have the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills

Important:

Applicants who are interested for Part Time position must have available teaching schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
