Job Summary:

The Jr. Architect will assist the design and project teams in preparing architectural plans, conducting design studies, and coordinating documentation. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and proactive individuals eager to grow in the field of architecture, particularly in real estate development and construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in lot planning, and land consolidation activities.

  • Support the team during project bidding processes by preparing design proposals and technical documents.

  • Prepare architectural drawings in 2D and 3D formats using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop coordinated and buildable plans.

  • Assist in site inspections, surveys, and measurements as needed.

  • Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of plans and project files.

  • Provide technical support during the planning, design, and implementation phases.

  • Participate in design presentations, client meetings, and internal coordination.

  • Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and design innovations.

  • Design project management is a plus

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software

  • Strong understanding of architectural drafting, design principles, and construction standards

  • Highly organized and meticulous with attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
