About the role

We are seeking dedicated Part-time Food Court Counter Crew to join our team at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS' in Metro Manila. As a key member of our food court operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient and seamless running of our food court.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking customer orders and handling cash/card payments accurately
  3. Preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and organised manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area
  5. Restocking and replenishing food and supplies as needed
  6. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
  7. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  3. Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  4. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  5. Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  6. Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
