
Payroll Analyst

Job Purpose:
The Payroll Analyst ensures accurate and timely processing of employee compensation by managing end-to-end payroll operations, validating data, and coordinating with relevant departments. This role is responsible for compliance with labor regulations, maintaining payroll records, and supporting a smooth and efficient payroll experience for employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including timekeeping, to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement for all employees

Review, validate, and audit payroll data such as overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, government-mandated contributions, and tax computations

Process payroll-related adjustments, including retroactive payments, salary corrections, and final pay computations.

Monitor employee leave balances and accurately apply leave policies, including any associated deductions or payouts.

Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related concerns, discrepancies, and employee queries in a timely manner

Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of payroll records and employee compensation data

Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations.

Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of payroll systems (e.g., Dayforce), ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in payroll and benefits management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow instructions

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Working Conditions:

Work Schedule: 3PM to 11PM, may change based on business need
