FIXED ASSET ACCOUNTANT

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

· Sound understanding of the financial statement preparation

· Has relevant experience in fixed assets management and general accounting

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel preferably

· Familiarity with the BIR asset compliance

· Ability to maintain strict confidence in financial information

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team

· Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and issues

· Excellent attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

· To track, gather and document the acquired fixed assets

· Conduct asset physical counts and reconciliation

· Develop a process in maintaining the acquired assets intact, complete, and updated

· Maintain fixed asset ledger and perform asset tagging

· Closely assist with various accounting tasks but not limited to:

o Accounts Payable

o Invoicing

o Journal entries

o Accounts reconciliation

· Assist with the filing of the annual income tax return

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
