Main Duties

• Provide technical support to OEM customers, customer service and sales via telephone or email.
• Conducts application review, technical review and quality review
• Assist US based application engineers by providing backup support
• Develop rapport and trust with internal and external contacts
• Proactively suggests improvement plans for better support and quality performance.
• Aligns thinking to help achieve business unit goals and objectives.
• Log all interactions and submit a monthly interaction report.
• Provide product and process training to internal employees with following:
• Develop contents of training modules
• Maintain the training materials in a common directory

Additional Functions

• Attends training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions of the team
• Work within defined operational and employee goals. Contribute to other projects if requested

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably with HVACR background
• Willing to have a night shift schedule (8 PM to 5 AM or 9 PM to 6 AM) from Monday to Friday and will follow US holidays
• Willing to have a hybrid work arrangement with thrice a week on-site schedule
