Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through the design and execution of digital media campaigns that expand the company's brand presence. This role focuses on identifying target audiences to distribute marketing content effectively, implementing integrated marketing strategies across both online and offline channels to attract new customers.

Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and managing various marketing promotions, public relations efforts, and special events. The role involves independent problem-solving within defined activities and collaborating closely with the General Manager to execute campaigns, analyze multi-channel data, and manage marketing databases.

Additional support tasks involve reporting, list research, proofreading, and schedule tracking to ensure smooth marketing operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns throughout all project life cycle stages.
  • Understand and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Provide analytical reports on campaign performance to management.
  • Oversee and handle company social media accounts.
  • Develop programs for online website promotion.
  • Prepare budget proposals for marketing activities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create engaging content and marketing campaigns across all social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research, collect data, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Implement and maintain effective marketing and public awareness programs.
  • Develop and nurture social media relationships through research and content creation.
  • Prepare special reports, brochures, flyers, event calendars, newsletters, websites, and other publications.
  • Develop and distribute public relations materials.
  • Coordinate and share information with various departments and external organizations for public display and communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
