Job Description:

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for accuracy and client service? We're looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll ensure all billable revenue is captured and invoiced correctly and on time. You'll manage client billing workflows using multiple platforms, including direct billing, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and reverse invoicing. This is a high-impact role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities


•    Ensure timely and accurate billing of clinician hours

•    Review clinician timekeeping records, generate invoices, and submit to clients

•    Enter billing data into client systems or upload files as required

•    Validate client-provided time reports

•    Manage the invoice approval process with clients

•    Communicate directly with clients regarding billing disputes or escalations

•    Monitor accounts receivable balances and support collections

•    Handle invoice rejections and reprocess in a timely manner

•    Act as a liaison between Revenue Cycle Management and other teams

•    Support billing-related projects and initiatives

Skills & Competencies


•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

•    Ability to apply contract details to billing processes

•    Excellent time management and prioritization

•    High professionalism and effective communication skills

•    Proactive problem-solver with a drive for continuous improvement

Qualifications


•    At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or B2B collections

•    Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday experience preferred)
