What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience (any industry)
  • Fluent and conversational in both English and Spanish — spoken and written
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a great team player

What You'll Do:

As a Spanish Bilingual Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in sourcing and placing top talent across various industries in the United States. You'll own the full recruitment process while creating an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to job offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet talent needs
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
  • Maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and promote our employer brand
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
