  • Inspects incoming materials and supplies to ensure quality and quantity conform to approved specifications.
  • Ensures that all products manufactured comply with the organization's quality and safety standards.
  • Strictly enforces personnel, environmental, health, and safety procedures and identifies potential hazards.
  • Ensures consistency and high quality of all materials and finished products to maintain excellent product standards.
  • Assists in product testing, validation, and evaluation, including prototype development and feedback gathering.
  • Conducts basic market research related to product improvement and development.
  • Sources raw materials and coordinates closely with the Purchasing team.
  • Prepares technical documentation, product manuals, and related records.
Job Qualifications
  • Graduate of Food Technology (REQUIRED).
  • MUST have hands-on experience in Product Development (specifically) within a manufacturing or food industry setting.
  • Must be able to clearly present their product development forte and list actual products they have developed or handled in previous work or professional practice.
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience as a Product Developer or equivalent role.
  • Strong documentation skills; capable of preparing product manuals and technical reports.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, and internet navigation).
  • Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (QA, Purchasing, Production).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can start ASAP (REQUIRED)
