The Paralegal is primarily charged with providing necessary support for the department by providing research on pertinent laws and regulations including draft of simple letters, contracts, monitoring, liaising between departments, and compliance with relevant government agencies (SEC, LGU, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators

  • Accuracy of legal documents

  • Timely submission of documents/reports

  • Efficiency in document management

  • Legal review and research

  • Quality of support and coordination

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Offer proactive and timely support to the legal department catering to all business units;

  • Draft and review simple letters and contracts;

  • Legal research; and

  • Liaising and Compliance with relevant government agencies.

Qualifications

  • College degree on paralegal studies or any course related to Law

  • Law degree holdre or experience in a reputable firm or Company

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a law firm or a legal department of any company

  • Proficient in government-administrative procedures

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and editing simple/basic letters and contracts

  • Keen attention to details

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
