Duties and Responsibilities

Supervision & Execution

• Direct and oversee daily construction activities on bridge sites, including excavation, pile driving, foundation works, pier/abutment construction, girder installation, deck concreting, and finishing works.
• Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Supervise crews in formwork, reinforcement placement, scaffolding, falsework, and shuttering systems specific to bridge structures.
• Monitor concrete works (mix design, placement, vibration, curing) to achieve structural integrity and durability.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Survey Teams to align site execution with project milestones.
• Plan daily work programs, allocate manpower, and ensure availability of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain site records of labor productivity, equipment usage, and material deliveries/consumption.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect ongoing and completed works for compliance with design, quality control standards, and construction codes.
• Coordinate with Quality Engineers and Consultants for inspections and approvals at every stage of the works.
• Rectify or recommend corrective actions for defective or non-compliant works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php1, Php1,200.00 per day
