1.    Install, inspect, maintain, and repair all types of air conditioning units (ACUs), including indoor and outdoor units of split-type, window-type, and central systems.

2.    Perform scheduled ACU cleaning and ensure equipment operates efficiently and continuously.

3.    Conduct daily routine inspections to monitor system performance and identify potential issues.

4.    Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

5.    Install, replace, or repair damaged equipment and components.

6.    Adjust and calibrate thermostatic controls and other system settings for optimal performance.

7.    Ventilate and test equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards.

8.    Recommend and implement preventive measures to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.

9.    Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling units and related HVAC systems.

  1. Provide technical support and clear explanations to clients or team members regarding issues and solutions.

  2. Maintain service records and ensure all work complies with company and environmental standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Relevant Experience : related work experience is a plus but not required

  2. Educational Attainment : at least High School Graduate

  3. Trainings Required : Training from TESDA in regards to aircon repair

  4. Licenses/Certifications : with NC II in TESDA (DOMRAC/RAC)
