Job Summary
As a Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing, this role is responsible for leading the creation and execution of high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels. The position combines strong creative design expertise with project management skills, ensuring that all deliverables are on-brand, strategically aligned, and delivered on time. This role requires a balance of hands-on design, brand stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration to support marketing initiatives and elevate the overall visual identity of the organization. The role will also work closely with the Sr. Art Director and members of the Marketing team to do tasks such as:
- versioning letters in InDesign
- resizing banners in Figma
- going to INDD to create terms and conditions brochures
- updating text in a variety of marketing assets.

This role is responsible for leading the creation and execution of high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing assets in print and digital channels
- Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, direct mail, email campaigns, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, etc.
- Translate strategic marketing objectives into visually compelling solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging to target audiences.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure assets are aligned with campaign goals and optimized for each platform.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in design, ensuring deliverables are modern, engaging, and effective.
- Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, and color for numerous brands
- Apply visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application of logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery across all touchpoints.
- Adapt brand systems to suit various sub-brands, product lines, and campaign-specific initiatives, balancing consistency with creative innovation.
- Curate and edit photography, illustrations, and iconography to enhance storytelling and support marketing objectives.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for both digital and print production.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously within established timeframes and maintain an awareness of status and project deliverables
- Oversee projects from initial design through final production, acting as both designer and project manager to ensure deliverables are on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Prioritize tasks and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot potential obstacles, proactively offering solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Balance multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail, while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related creative field
- An experienced designer/production artist with 10 years of experience, who can take a creative brief and quickly turn around a finished proof using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Someone who doesn't need a lot of handholding and are comfortable working directly with requestors and more senior team members, but are also good at working in a collaborative environment.
- Somebody who can follow the vision of existing work and is a detail-oriented person with a decent eye for design.

- Proven record of working and thriving in a fast-paced changing environment with examples of the ability to change direction based on contingencies or environmental changes while staying true to the creative brief/strategy
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to take ownership of assigned projects from beginning to end
- Ability to be flexible and accommodating under pressure
- Strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- A desire to do "production studio" type of work: you're not trying to be super creative, you just like working in design software making edits, updates and following established concepts and brands.
- Portfolio of creative work, showing graphic design and creative skills across multiple channels (print and online.)
- Knowledge in the use of design concepts (layout, typography, color, white space, and grid); Understanding of print concepts (bleed, resolution, and color)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an advertising agency or marketing/design firm
- The ability to own projects and move them from start to finish, responsibly for making all deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge in the following programs/tools: Adobe Creative Suite, (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Figma. (Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.)
- Experience working with Project Management platforms, ideally Workfront.
