About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Select Goods', you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs that support the company's marketing and branding initiatives. You will work closely with the creative team to bring the brand's vision to life across a variety of digital and print media. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Conceptualise and design compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for the company's website, social media platforms, marketing collateral, and advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into creative solutions that resonate with the target audience
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to the company's visual identity guidelines across all design deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of your work
  • Provide support and guidance to junior designers, as needed
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the creative process

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and respond well to feedback
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
